National Bake Cookies Day

It's National Bake Cookies Day!

We're in the middle of the holiday season. So of course it would be National Bake Cookies Day! Though I think lots of people everywhere are going to end up celebrating this multiple occasions throughout the next week (if they haven't already!).

What kind of cookie is on your agenda? Maybe snickerdoodles (a type of sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon and sugar before being baked), haystacks (made with butterscotch chips and chow mein noodles), Russian tea cakes (made from ground nuts and butter, then rolled in powdered sugar), pfeffernüsse (made from ground nuts and some serious spice action), gingerbread men (need I say more?), no-bakes/caca cookies (oatmeal, peanut butter, and chocolate), palmiers (a crispy cinnamon pastry in a curled shape), or maybe just plain old chocolate chip (although mine are gluten-free this year)?
